Bec, I've been reading Kath's blog for quite a while. Good recipes and I have oatmeal almost every morning since reading her blog. Oats w/banana whipped in. I also add chia seeds, crunchy peanut or almond butter, sometimes butterscotch chips - such a treat and keeps me full all morning.
Looks like a good bowl of oatmeal!!
