Three weeks old yesterday!!

Can you believe our little Doodlebug is THREE WEEKS OLD!?!? It seems like she has doubled in size! She is growing and changing so fast. Everytime I take a picture, it seems like a totally different baby! She is definitely turning into a "baby" and leaving the newborn phase (to her mommy's and daddy's dismay). The good thing is she's finally fitting into some of her newborn clothes.

This past weekend was a blast! Jamie, Travis, and Becca (missed you Tyson) came to visit us-- ok they actually came to visit Riley Jane. You'll notice Becca's delight in her brand new cousin. She brought many homemade gifts (which are now posted all over Riley's room) and was quite upset when she had to leave. We were upset too Becca! We love you! It was so fun to take our girls for a shady walk around the neighborhood. What a special and exciting time for us. Enjoy this week's pictures and stay tuned for more pictures this week! A Day in the Life of Riley Jane

Can you believe it!?! Riley Jane is 15 days old today!!! She is so fun and funny. Just delightful! I love being her mom. You'll notice more pics of her by herself this post. Not because we grew tired of holding her (there's always someone waiting in line), but mostly because we love to just stare at her. Is that normal? We love doing it! Thanks Mimi and Gaylie for all your help these last two weeks. We love and appreciate you. I hope everyone enjoys these pics of Riley Jane: Week Two. P.S. The Princess Has Arrived

Riley Jane McCord makes her debut on her own blog today! She is obviously beautiful and everything wonderful! We are totally in love with her!!! She was born @ 12:12am on September 5th at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. She was 7 pounds - 2 ounces and 19 1/2 inches long. Everything went very smoothly and she is healthy and happy. We love her so much! I am having the time of my life! Stay tuned for more pictures from her first week of life.
